How to package fragile and delicate items for shipping

The safety of your fragile or delicate item is important.

As your item moves from one location to another, it will be transported together with tonnes of goods. It will also be handled by various personnel during loading and unloading. This is why you (or your supplier) need to apply proper packing techniques to prevent loss or damage to delicate items which could break or crack.

Fragile and delicate items include wine glasses, eyeglasses, flower vases, potteries, picture frames, laptops, phones, and cakes (Note: We only ship dry cakes below five inches in height).

If you are exporting from Abuja FCT, you may request our packaging service at JadeandFamily Logistics. We do not offer packaging in any zone outside Abuja. That means you or your supplier is required to package your items if you are importing or exporting from other locations.
